As part of our rapidly expanding plaintiff litigation practice, the ideal candidate will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation to trial. Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases
- Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
- Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
- Interacting with expert witnesses and preparing for depositions, mediations, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree (. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Georgia bar
- Minimum 2+ years of personal injury or insurance defense experience
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases
- Demonstrable trial experience in state and federal court
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter with long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
