The successful candidate will work closely with the Private Equity team in New York, representing middle market and lower middle market private equity funds, family offices and independent sponsors in their investment strategies. The ideal candidate should have: Law firm experience with private equity transactions and interacting directly with clients. An undergraduate degree in business. Been licensed to practice since 2020 or earlier. Excellent law school and undergraduate credentials and references. Excel in a team environment. Demonstrate a keen interest in developing and implementing relationship building skills both internally and externally. Experiences that prepare them to work with attorneys, staff and clients from cultures and backgrounds different from their own. High motivation and a self-starter. Strong business acumen.
