Responsibilities of a Litigation Paralegal
As a Litigation Paralegal at Kean Miller, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys throughout the entire litigation process. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with all phases of litigation, from case inception to resolution or trial
• Preparing court filings and assembling exhibits
• Drafting and responding to discovery demands
• Supporting depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Reviewing and summarizing depositions and medical records
• Maintaining case dockets and calendars
• Assisting with document collections, reviews, and productions
• Coordinating electronic discovery

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved school (preferred)
• 3-5 years of prior paralegal experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of the litigation lifecycle
• Technical proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
