H2: Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a corporate attorney, you will be responsible for:

Conducting legal research, analysis and drafting of complex memoranda related to corporate, real estate, estate planning and financial matters.
Working collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to provide high quality service to our clients.
Performing other related duties as assigned.

To be considered for this role, you must have a . from an ABA accredited law school and be admitted to practice or eligible for admission to practice in the State of Wisconsin. The ideal candidate should possess superior organizational and time management skills, have a detail-oriented and capable of a high degree of accuracy, exhibit superior verbal and written communication skills and comfort with both telephonic and face-to-face communications, share a commitment to client service, professional excellence, integrity and teamwork, and have proven ability to work within fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines and demands both internally and externally.
