We are a top law firm, Kirkland & Ellis LLP, looking for highly qualified attorneys to join our expanding Antitrust/Competition group in the Bay Area. If you have with a focus on transactional work and a strong interest in merger reviews, we want to hear from you. Experience with the FTC or DOJ is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on antitrust and competition matters
- Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements related to mergers and acquisitions
- Assist with merger review process and prepare necessary filings
- Communicate with clients and government agencies on antitrust issues
- Collaborate with other attorneys and departments on complex cases and projects
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- . from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of California
- in antitrust and competition law, with a focus on transactional work
- Strong interest in merger reviews
- Experience with the FTC or DOJ is a plus
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
