The successful candidate should have:
• 3+ years of experience in project finance and securitization of energy assets
• Experience negotiating and documenting structured transactions, hedging, offtake, and other trading arrangements for conventional and renewable electricity, environmental products, and natural gas
• Familiarity with credit and security documentation and with the standard master agreements used in the energy and commodities trading industry, including the ISDA and its physical annexes, the EEI, and the NAESB
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take on substantial roles in project management
• Admission to practice law in Washington ., New York, or Texas
