This position can be full-time or part-time, with a reduced M-F schedule.

Responsibilities:

- Developing domestic and international trademark strategies
- Conducting trademark clearance searches and filings
- Handling trademark prosecution, defense, and enforcement in the United States, USPTO, and worldwide
- Providing counsel on trademarks and copyrights
- Managing copyright searches, prosecution, defense, and enforcement, including DMCA
- Conducting IP due diligence
- Negotiating IP licensing agreements
- Drafting contracts with a focus on IP
- Providing support for IP litigation
- Managing anti-counterfeiting efforts
- Filing UDRP complaints

Experience requirements:

- 8-12 years of experience
- Broad IP experience
- Strong academic credentials
- In-house experience is a plus
- Non-legal work experience is a plus

Personal skills/attributes:

- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Sound judgment
- Team player who values collaboration
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills

Technical skills:

- Licensed to practice law in the state corresponding to the Dentons office of interest
