This position offers a great opportunity for professional growth and development in the fields of estate planning and administration, with substantial client interaction and autonomy. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a transactional role, preferably in estate planning and administration.

Responsibilities:

- Draft standard estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and deeds
- Administer decedents' estates, including preparing fiduciary accountings
- Meet and communicate directly with clients on complex estate planning matters
- Assist in the preparation of estate and gift tax returns
- Facilitate trust administration

Desired Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a transactional Paralegal role, preferably in estate planning and administration
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
