Job Title: Health Care Transactional and Corporate Associate
Location: Albany, Buffalo, New York City, Rochester, or Syracuse
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in corporate and transactional work, some exposure to health care industry preferred

Barclay Damon LLP, a top law firm with offices in the Northeastern United States and Toronto, is seeking a full-time Health Care Transactional and Corporate Associate to join their Health Care Team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in corporate and transactional matters and a desire to support and enhance the firm's health care practice.

Responsibilities:
- Represent corporate clients in the health care industry in general corporate and transactional matters
- Support and enhance the firm's health care practice across all offices
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including corporate and M&A transactional work
- Exposure to clients in the health care industry preferred
- Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills
- Portable and growing book of business is a plus

Salary Information:
- Salary Range: $120,000 to $155,000
- Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location
- Performance- or merit-based bonuses and other benefits may also be offered by the firm
