H2: Job Description - Associate Attorney (Workers' Compensation) - Pennsylvania (Remote)

- Responsible for file review and legal analysis of workers’ compensation claims
- Conduct extensive legal research and draft various legal documents
- Required to maintain an annual billable amount of 1950 hours
- Regularly represent clients at depositions and hearings
- Prepare for trials and attend them
- Retain and evaluate expert witnesses

- Must have at least 2 years of experience in workers’ compensation, experience in other practice areas is a plus
- . degree from an ABA-approved law school
- Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, admission in other states is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong research abilities and written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and self-manage
- Promptly respond to email and phone inquiries
- Excellent client skills and telephone manner
