The candidate should also have familiarity with trust and estate administration. This position offers an opportunity to work on complex and meaningful cases, providing practical planning solutions to clients.

Location:

Duties:

• Represent high-net-worth individuals, trusts, partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations in estate, income, and gift tax planning matters
• Assist in the administration of trusts and estates
• Develop and implement planning solutions to minimize taxes and preserve business and wealth across multiple generations
• Partner with clients to craft estate plans and achieve long-term wealth management goals
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in private client work, focusing on estate and tax planning
• Experience with trust and estate administration
• Ability to work with high-net-worth clients and handle complex legal matters
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

Skills:

• Strong understanding of estate, income, and gift tax planning
• Proficient in trust and estate administration
• Excellent legal research, writing, and drafting skills
• Ability to manage client relationships with attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
