Littler Mendelson . is looking for a Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorney to join their team. This position involves the defense of administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters, and requires attorneys to be highly skilled in their fields and have access to the resources the firm can provide.

## Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:

- Familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges, preferably at both the federal and state levels on the management side
- A minimum of six years of employment law experience, including drafting persuasive position statements and representing clients at hearings and/or mediations
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- An active bar license in the state of residence

## Benefits

Littler CaseSmart Counsel are full-time, remote attorneys with a reduced billable hours requirement and no obligation to engage in any business-related travel or business development. The annual starting salary for this position is $115,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Full-time and part-time employees working at least a 50% schedule are eligible for a generous benefits package that includes comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage for employees, their spouses/domestic partners and children, as well as mental health programs, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plans, and family building/parenting/caregiving options.
