Job Title: Banking and Financial Services Attorney
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Salary: Based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in the banking and financial services industry
- Handle a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive and effective representation for clients
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to ensure the best possible representation for clients

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Wisconsin (or willingness to become admitted)
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- One to three years of transactional experience in the banking and financial services industry (preferred)
