Associate Attorney – Employment Single Action (Irvine)

Impact:

As an Associate Attorney in our Employment department, you will have the opportunity to fight for justice and make a significant impact in the lives of our clients. You will be responsible for handling the largest workplace retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, leaves of absence, and wrongful termination single action settlements and verdicts achievable.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
Develop effective legal strategies to resolve cases in favor of clients.
Conduct depositions and meet and confers.
Represent clients in negotiations and ADR mediations.
Present arguments in employment matters.

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the California State Bar.
Minimum of two years of experience specializing in employment litigation.
Strong analytical and legal research skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
Must be able to reliably commute to Irvine, CA or willing to relocate.
