Qualifications:
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications
- Preferably experience in intellectual property litigation and/or trademark prosecution and enforcement
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or mechanical engineering preferred
- USPTO registration required

Competitive Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $150,000 for Associates, which is a good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location.
