The group’s core practice areas are litigation in both state and federal courts, counseling, dispute resolution, and contract drafting and negotiation. The ideal candidate will have knowledge regarding the construction industry (practical or legal). Prior experience with construction disputes, mechanics’ liens, and/or preparing and negotiating construction contracts and other construction contract documents would also be helpful, but not required.
