# Mid-Level Litigation Associate at Beveridge & Diamond, .

Beveridge & Diamond, . is seeking a mid-level litigation associate with three to five years of experience to join their firm in one of their seven offices. The ideal candidate must have substantive litigation experience, with a desire to become a leader in cases involving challenging legal and expert environmental issues.

## Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this position:

- . from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Active member in good standing of the bar in at least one state jurisdiction and the ability to obtain licensure in the District of Columbia within 6 months of hire.
- Experience with, or demonstrated interest in, the major environmental statutes, such as the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and CERCLA.
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work well under deadlines, and ability to assume significant client responsibilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

## Salary

In accordance with the laws of the jurisdictions in which this position may be filled, the base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $230,000 annually depending on qualifications and experience. The compensation for this position may also include a discretionary annual bonus and an hours-based bonus.
