The Fragomen Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Business Immigration Analyst (Paralegal- Korean Speaking) in Atlanta, GA. As a member of the Fragomen team, you will work in a dynamic and challenging atmosphere with people who are passionate about immigration and providing world-class client service and technology solutions.

As a Business Immigration Analyst, you will learn about various types of immigration matters and become knowledgeable about the firm's case types and client processes. You will be responsible for tasks related to case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, review, drafting, and filing. With the guidance of your supervisor, you will communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts, providing clear and prompt responses regarding case status or other inquiries. You will also be expected to meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress to your supervisor, as well as compile and summarize data for reporting purposes.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Associate's degree, a paralegal certification, or experience in a customer-facing or client service-oriented role. Fluency in Korean is also required for this position. Additionally, a client-service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with computer systems, and a desire to contribute to a positive work environment are also important for this role.
