We are open to candidates at the Of Counsel/Partner level, but will also consider Senior Associates with the right experience. This position can be based in any of our office locations in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, or Maine. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on interesting and sophisticated matters in one of the premier Corporate practices in the Midwest. We are looking for someone who is intelligent, hardworking, an excellent writer, thoughtful, driven, and personable. The person hired for this role will be an integral part of our dedicated team.
