The candidate will have the opportunity to work on cases in a variety of areas including entity formation, governance, tax exemption and compliance, formation of commercial agreements, loan documents, and development of programs to assist community economic opportunities. Should have 3 years of economic development and cannabis experience. Should have Active admission to any state bar, with the ability to become licensed in Nebraska; . from an ABA-accredited Law School; attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures; ability to effectively interact, orally and in writing; self-starter with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities with a “roll up sleeves” and team-oriented attitude; exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines; first-rate academic credentials and references; superior research, writing, and analytical skills and technology-oriented; knowledge of or experience working with Indian law and/or tribal courts. Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud-based computing environments is required.
