Job Title: Resource Attorney - Private Companies (Digital Health) Salary: $220,000 - $350,000 per year Experience: 3-5 years in a US corporate/transactional practice Cooley, a global law firm with offices in the US, Europe, and Asia, is seeking a Resource Attorney to join their Boston office in the Public Companies practice area. The firm works with a diverse range of clients, from entrepreneurs to Fortune 50 corporations, on complex deals, IP and regulatory matters, and high-stakes litigation. The Resource Attorney will be responsible for supporting the Private Companies, Life Sciences Regulatory, and Digital Health practices by managing and developing practice resources, providing training and education, and staying updated on legal and regulatory developments. The ideal candidate will have experience in a US corporate/transactional practice, with a focus on private companies and a background or interest in life sciences and/or digital health. Strong drafting skills and attention to detail are required for this role.
