The ideal candidate for this position should have 2-5 years of experience in insurance defense law, practice management, time/billing, and discovery management software. Experience in bodily injury and wrongful death matters (., premises liability, trucking, automobile negligence, medical malpractice, etc.) is strongly preferred. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills and be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. A bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification is required.

Major Responsibilities



  • Analyze medical records and prepare chronologies

  • Draft form discovery

  • Communicate with clients

  • Prepare form motions

  • Coordinate with experts and schedule IMEs

  • Summarize depositions

  • Perform social media searches

  • Handle HIPAA authorizations and subpoena requests

  • Bill time and comply with client guidelines
