The Law Firm of Fox Rothschild is currently seeking a Patent Litigation Associate with four to six years of experience to join our team in multiple offices across the US. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly respected and dynamic firm in the field of intellectual property law. As a Patent Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including drafting substantive briefs, motions, and other legal documents related to patent issues.



Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review legal documents related to patent litigation, including briefs, motions, and other filings.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Communicate with clients and provide strategic advice and counsel on patent matters.
Collaborate with other attorneys and team members on complex cases.
Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.



Qualifications:

from an accredited law school.
Four to six years of experience in patent litigation.
Strong academic record with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Mechanical Engineering.
Admission to practice in the state where the office is located.
USPTO registration and experience in post-grant trials at the USPTO PTAB preferred.
