Duties:
- Represent clients throughout the entirety of a personal injury matter, from case initiation to settlement or trial.
- Prepare and draft legal documents related to personal injury claims.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Comply with all legal standards, regulations, and professional responsibility rules.
- Perform administrative and management functions related to legal practice.
- Engage in professional networking to expand the client base.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law.
- Familiarity with necessary legal documents and procedures for litigating personal injury claims.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Jury trial and arbitration experience.
- Proven negotiating skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Initiative to network and bring in new business.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Active member of the Pennsylvania State Bar.
