The primary responsibilities of this position include complex research and analysis, preparation of appellate briefs, motions, and legal memoranda, and practice involving state and federal cases. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional legal research and writing skills, experience drafting and arguing contested legal motions, and an interest and willingness to focus on research of complicated legal issues. Law Review experience is preferred, as well as mock trial or Moot Court experience.
