This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and domains, while providing resources and support for growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar consulting practice or function. Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CISSP, or other related certifications are required, as well as a deep understanding of global privacy and data protection regulations and frameworks. The base salary range for this position is between $155,500 and $233,300 in select locations. The Cyber Privacy and Data Protection Manager will be responsible for managing multiple engagements and competing priorities, while adhering to professional standards and maintaining client confidentiality. They will also lead the execution of assigned client engagements, work with clients to plan an engagement strategy, and collaborate with team members to develop and market the privacy and data protection solution offering. Other duties may include supporting business development activities, preparing reports and deliverables, and communicating with clients and team members at all levels. The ideal candidate will have exceptional client service and communication skills, the ability to travel as needed, and experience in project management. They will also possess a deep understanding of leading privacy regulations and experience implementing and sustaining tools such as OneTrust, , WireWheel, and BigID. Additionally, they should have the ability to clearly communicate data protection and privacy issues verbally and in writing.
