Job Title: Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring Associate
Department: Business Reorganization/Financial Restructuring
Salary: $245,000-$295,000 (actual pay may vary)
Experience: 3-5 years or more

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sophisticated commercial bankruptcy cases
- Participate in both litigation and transactional matters
- Communicate with clients and provide excellent client service
- Work independently and as a team player
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong attention to detail
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Maintain stellar academics and writing skills
- Required bar admission in jurisdiction of practice

Qualifications:
