Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation.
- First Chair and/or Second Chair trial experience defending Medical Malpractice and General Liability cases.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Experience in case management, motion practice, and discovery.
- Ability to handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
- Admission to the New York Bar is required.
- Travel requirements are negligible.
