Law firm Parr Brown Gee & Loveless, PC is looking for a lateral attorney to join their Employment Counseling & Litigation practice. Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, the firm is looking for applicants with four to ten years of relevant law firm experience and a Utah State Bar license.

Responsibilities:
• Advising employers on matters related to various aspects of employment law, including federal and state discrimination laws (., Title VII, ADA, ADEA), wage and hour laws (., FLSA), leave laws, and other management-related employment topics
• Drafting employment-related agreements and policies

Qualifications:
• JD from a “top 20” . law school or class rank in the top ten percentile
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Experience conducting trainings or investigations and/or a California state bar license or experience with California employment laws (not necessary, but a plus)
