Law Firm Seeking Labor & Employment Associate in Various US Locations

Barclay Damon LLP, a leading regional law firm, is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced attorney to join our Labor & Employment Practice Area. We have offices located in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Washington DC, and Toronto, and are looking for candidates who are licensed to practice in New York State or eligible to waive into the New York State Bar. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing firm with a strong presence in the Northeast region.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on labor and employment law matters
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective service strategies
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Communicate directly with clients and manage client relationships

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in labor and employment law
- Experience in higher education is a plus
- Superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work directly with clients and develop service strategies

Salary Range: $105,000 to $155,000.
