With a strong focus on client satisfaction, the firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Casualty and Mass Tort Litigation Practice Group. This is a full-time position and the paralegal will have the opportunity to work from any of the firm's offices in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, or Houston.

Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including case management, discovery, trial, and post-trial activities
• Prepare court filings and assemble exhibits
• Draft and respond to discovery demands
• Support depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Review and summarize depositions and medical records
• Maintain case dockets and calendars
• Coordinate electronic discovery

• Proficient in technical skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Experience and Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• Paralegal Certificate highly desired
• Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of the litigation lifecycle
• Technical proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
