Barclay Damon LLP, a leading law firm of nearly 300 attorneys that operates from a strategic platform of offices located in the Northeastern United States and Toronto, is seeking a mid- to senior-level litigation attorney to support its Health Care Controversies Practice Area, which focuses on health care-related litigation and disputed regulatory matters. Residency in Albany or Rochester is preferred.

Qualification and Experience At least three years of commercial litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in concentrating on health care litigation or prior experience in health care litigation or another highly regulated field, or both, is required. Prior prosecutorial experience or experience in a health care-related field is also a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New York State. Candidates must also have strong verbal, written, advocacy, and interpersonal skills and demonstrate an interest in exposure to client-facing roles on substantial and complex engagements.
