- Minimum of 9 years of specific industry and/or technical legal experience post licensure
- Experience managing outside counsel strongly preferred
- Experience in the commercial, individual market preferred
- Familiarity with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA)
- Experience working with Operations and managing relationships with state and federal regulatory agencies
- Familiarity with provider contracting and network adequacy
- Familiarity working with Executive Leadership and Government Relations
