The expected salary range for this position is $127,000 - $180,000, with the actual salary depending on the selected candidate's years of practice and experience. BB&K encourages all interested candidates to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in litigation matters, primarily focused on public entities
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft dispositive motions
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Communicate with clients and provide strategic legal advice
- Collaborate with team members and other departments within the firm

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of litigation experience
- Admitted to practice in California
- Strong academic credentials
- Initiative in case handling
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Experience with depositions and dispositive motions
