- Preparing exhibits and making copies of legal documents for the claims department.
- Assisting in prepping a case for trial, arbitration, and hearings.
- Analyzing work papers, reports, and special projects to provide valuable insights to the legal team.
- Editing legal forms and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Preparing and serving legal documents, such as summonses, complaints, and subpoenas.
- Responding to discovery demands and coordinating with court clerks and personnel.
- Reviewing files to ensure completion of discovery after the Note of Issue is served.
- Drafting and preparing motions, cross-motions, and responses to support the legal team.

Salary Information:
