Duties:
- Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases.
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients regarding their personal injury claims.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to keep them informed about their case status.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys.
- Stay updated on changes in personal injury law to enhance case management and client service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including case managers, investigators, and administrative staff.
- Coordinate with external parties, such as medical professionals and other attorneys, when necessary.
- Participate in case strategy discussions and review meetings.
- Supervise the daily workflow of 2-3 case managers.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Nevada and in good standing (California admission is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pre-litigation attorney, specifically in personal injury law.
- Ability to manage approximately 250-300 pre-litigation cases.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to professional development.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the Nevada State Bar.
Certifications:
- Nevada Bar License (California Bar License is advantageous).
