Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for:

- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and revising letters of intent, offers, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other commercial real estate agreements
- Providing legal advice and guidance on commercial real estate transactions
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Assisting with the preparation of closing documents and attending closings
