Job Responsibilities:

- Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other legal documents related to estate planning
- Advising clients on estate planning strategies and developing personalized plans
- Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
- Reviewing and analyzing client financial information to identify tax and estate planning opportunities
- Collaborating with other legal professionals and experts to ensure comprehensive client solutions
- Representing clients in estate planning matters, including probate and trust administration
- Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional relationships

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Nevada
- Three or more years of experience in estate planning
- In-depth knowledge of estate planning laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client matters simultaneously
