• Position: Associate - Mid-Level Real Estate Attorney
• Location: Tallahassee, FL
• Department: Distressed High Yield Bond Workout and Public Finance Groups
• Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
• Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of complex commercial real estate experience

Responsibilities:

• Work on matters involving the Distressed High Yield Bond Workout and Public Finance Groups
• Handle complex commercial real estate transactions
• Represent developers in mezzanine, new market tax credit, and/or conduit bond financing
• Manage significant responsibilities and work independently
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Utilize excellent organizational skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Adhere to strict deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
