Sarasota office of our client seeks real estate transaction associate attorney with experience. The candidate should have experience in: Residential and commercial real estate closings and issuance of title insurance; Drafting and review of residential and commercial leases; Real property sales and acquisitions; Drafting and review of purchase and sale contracts and other related agreements; Review of surveys and title commitments; Working knowledge of TRID requirements. Experience with 1031 exchanges and FIRPTA is preferred. Florida Bar admission is preferred.
