Are you an experienced Patent/Trademark Paralegal looking for a new opportunity? Fox Rothschild LLP, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Patent/Trademark Paralegal. This is a full-time position based in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Prepare and file all types of patent-related documents with the USPTO and WIPO, including utility, provisional, and design patent applications, office action responses, and more.
- Effectively manage national phase entry of PCT applications for foreign associates and ensure all foreign deadlines are met.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, draft correspondence, and maintain electronic client files.
- Conduct online research and maintain prior art lists.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

- required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Knowledge of CPi docketing software and IPDAS document production and IDS software is a plus.

- Ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to adapt to client and legal team requests.
- High level of productivity.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This role is based in a clerical, office setting and will require the use of standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, and printers.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be based on factors such as experience, education, and location. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position in Seattle, WA is $79,000 - $109,000. Fox Rothschild LLP also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and more.
