Program Manager, Data Center Real Estate Contracting Specialist

Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 5 years of program or project management experience, 3 years of experience in real estate development, physical infrastructure development, scoping, developing, and delivering real estate contracts and commercial constructs.

Preferred: Certification in real estate paralegal, 10 years of experience with real estate documents, experience with data center/ critical infrastructure development and entitlement processes globally, experience in cross-functional roles with diverse stakeholders.

- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, collaborating with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners.
- Coordinating with global data center asset delivery and portfolio management function to meet the needs of Google's business.

Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain comprehensive library of standardized agreement templates for various agreements.
- Develop and execute agreement strategies by collaborating with various teams.
- Implement efficient workflows for agreement generation, review, negotiation, and storage.
- Ensure agreement templates comply with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable laws.
- Conduct training for internal teams on utilization of agreement templates and associated management system.
- Provide regular reports and metrics on agreement activity and usage of templates.
