## Entertainment/Technology Transactional Staff Attorney

Frost Brown Todd, a top-ranked AM Law 200 full-service law firm with more than 575 attorneys in 16 markets across eight states and Washington ., is currently seeking an experienced staff attorney to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group. This position will involve representing clients in the entertainment field and drafting, revising, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of vendor and/or entertainment transactions, including software and services agreements, consulting, and music production.

**Requirements:**

* A minimum of three years of corporate transactional experience
* Good academic record
* Excellent written and oral communication skills

**Salary:**

You will need to have a minimum of three years of corporate transactional experience, a good academic record, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
