Gravis Law, PLLC in Boise, Idaho is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Estates Paralegal to join our growing team. As a Senior Estates Paralegal, you will play a critical role in our team-oriented and collaborative culture. You will work closely with local attorneys, providing support in case planning, development, and management, legal research, client communication, drafting and filing legal documents, and making recommendations to attorneys. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about Estates and Probate and is driven to create a positive and productive workplace. With your extensive knowledge and experience, you will be expected to successfully complete complex job duties.

As a Senior Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to perform legal assignments with a higher degree of independence and take on greater responsibilities within the firm. Your responsibilities will include managing attorney dockets, reviewing files, assisting with client meetings and legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and maintaining client files. You will also be expected to contribute to the improvement of standard operating procedures, forms, and workflow processes, as well as provide leadership and mentorship to other support staff within the firm.

We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent education, a Paralegal certificate, and at least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide exceptional customer service is a must. A positive and professional demeanor, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make decisions using both data and experience are also highly desired qualifications.
