Employee Relations Partner- Remote: - The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination. - This position is a remote, work from home opportunity with the requirement of living in the Southeast Region. - The essential functions of this role include overseeing daily administration of reported concerns, conducting HR investigations, and providing guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures. - The Employee Relations Partner will also collaborate with Operational Management, Business HR, Labor Relations, and Legal teams to create solutions to complex employee relations issues. - Other responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation, and traveling as needed to company sites within the supported region. - The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to remain impartial during investigations. - A bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major is required, along with five or more years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations. - Salary for this position ranges from $60K to $70K and Ryder offers comprehensive health and welfare benefits, as well as a tax advantaged retirement savings plan. - Ryder is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
