The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant corporate contract drafting and negotiation experience together with experience advising health care clients. This includes health care systems, hospitals, long term care facilities, surgery centers, medical practices, physicians, and other providers and vendors in the health care space. Candidates should also have experience advising on business, transactional and/or federal and state regulatory issues. This includes, without limitation, fraud and abuse, licensing, privacy and security, corporate practice of medicine, and other health care regulatory issues. Experience with joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, SaaS and software licensing agreements, clinical research matters, reimbursement and managed care matters are a plus.
