Duties
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.
- Manage client relationships and communicate directly with clients on case strategy and progress.
- Prepare for and assist in trial preparations, including depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to ensure effective case management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of litigation strategies for clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of general experience in commercial litigation.
- New Jersey Bar admission required.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
