## Commercial Litigation Associate
Steptoe & Johnson, LLP, is looking for an associate with 2 – 5 years of litigation experience to join its Commercial Litigation practice group in its Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting briefs and motions, managing fact and expert discovery, and engaging in deposition and trial preparation. The candidate must also demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, research, analysis, and writing skills, as well as a track record of academic and professional excellence.

### Job Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar membership, active and in good standing, in the jurisdiction where you are practicing
- 2 – 5 years of litigation experience
- Experience in drafting briefs and motions
- Experience in managing fact and expert discovery
- Experience in engaging in deposition and trial preparation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, research, analysis, and writing skills
- Track record of academic and professional excellence
