The candidate should preferably have 4-6 years of transactional experience in energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects, including drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, P3 agreements, CMAR agreements, subcontractor and supply agreements, and a variety of other commercial contracting and project finance documents. Should be ready to apply that experience to interesting and challenging matters in a thriving and fast-paced practice. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
