FKC&S is looking for an experienced litigation attorney to join our medical practice defense team. Our ideal candidate will have two to five-plus years of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation (willing to train). Candidates should have strong writing skills and have experience working on complex cases, conducting depositions, and managing discovery.
